Warm-up

1: Strict Press from the Bottom of a Squat (5 x 3)

Grip the bar like a strict press and descend into the bottom of the squat. Without coming on your toes, press the weight overhead.

Weightlifting

2: Clean and Jerk with Pause (Work up to a Heavy Single)

Pause for three (3) seconds at the top of knee then finish lift.

EMOM – Every Minute on the Minute

3: Metcon (Weight)

EMOM x 10

A) 12 x Hip Extensions

B) Squat-Good Mornings x 6
