Treat as a weighted warmup and increase in weight each set while maintaining a vertical torso. Should only take 5-6 minutes.

Snatch (Every 90 seconds, complete the reps below)

Plan your weights ahead of time if possible and change weights during the remainder of the interval. Reps do not have to be touch and go. Ensure a proper start position is attained each time.

1) 60/3

2) 65/3

3) 70/2

4) 75/2

5) 80/2

6) 85/2

7) 90/1

8) 85/2

9) 90/1

Front Squat (6 x 2/4 @ 95%)

6 sets of 2 front and 4 back squats at 95% of your max front squat.
