Sotts Press (4 x 4)

Unrack the barbell with a snatch grip and descend into the bottom of a squat. While maintaining an upright torso, press the bar overhead while in the bottom position.

Vertical Snatch from the Pockets (Work up to a heavy single)

Watch –>

Start out with sets of 3 and work down in reps to a heavy single as technique allows with increasing weight.

Front Squat (6 x 3/6 @ 85%)

Squat Program: Week 5 – Day One

Complete 6 sets of 3 Front squats right into 6 Back Squats at 85% of your max front squat.
