Warm-up

Snatch Grip Push Press + OHS + Sotts Presses (Work up to a moderate single of the complex)

Weightlifting

Full Snatch + 2 OH Squats (Work up to a heavy single)

Maintain core tightness throughout the complex. The OH squats should be crisp.

Slightly Faster Weightlifting

Metcon (Weight)

10 Minute EMOM:

A) 12 x Snatch Grip Dimel Deadlift

B) 40 sec Plank
