Warm-up

1: Non-Heaving Snatch Balance (5 x 2)

Set the bar on your back in a back squat stance, without heaving dive under into the catch position of the snatch.

Weightlifting

2: Snatch with a Pause at Top of Knee (1RM)

Pause for three(3) seconds at the top of the knee and then finish the lift.

Slightly Faster Weightlifting

3: Metcon (Weight)

10 Minute EMOM:

A) 3 X Snatch Grip DL (Straps are OK)

B) 15 Sit ups
