Warm-up

1: Non-Heaving Snatch Balance (5 x 2)

Set the bar on your back in a back squat stance, without heaving dive under into the catch position of the snatch.

Weightlifting

2: Snatch with a Pause at Top of Knee (Work up to a heavy single.)

Pause for three(3) seconds at the top of the knee and then finish the lift.
Ensure the weight is in the heels during the pause and shoulders are over the bar.

Slightly Faster Weightlifting

3: Metcon (Weight)

10 Minute EMOM:

A) 12 x Reverse Hypers

B) 3 x Snatch Grip Push Press
