Warm-up

1: Pause Overhead Squat (5 x 2, climbing)

Pause at rock bottom for ten (10) seconds each rep.

Weightlifting

2: 3 Position Snatch (Work up to a heavy single)

1 x high-hang

1 x low hang

1 x floor

Slightly Faster Weightlifting

3: Metcon (Weight)

10 Minute EMOM:

A) 16 Situps

B) 3 X Snatch Grip Deadlift (feel free to use straps located in coaches locker room area cubby), strive for greater than 1RM snatch as long as form allows optimal positioning
