2: Snatch Pull + Full Snatch (Work up to a heavy DOUBLE (you may reset between))

1 pull + 1 Snatch = 1 rep of the complex
Focus on patience on the first pull and elongate the pull so that you “pop” when the bar is at mid-thigh.


3: Metcon (No Measure)

Alternate between 3a & 3b:

3 Rounds of the following (not for time):

3a) 15 x Reverse Hypers

3b) 45 second plank hold
