PSKC CrossFit – Liftmore (Olympic Lifting)

Warm-up

1: Snatch Grip Push Press + OHS + Sotts Presses (5 Sets)

Perform 1 Push Presses + 2 OHS + 3 Sotts Presses

Climb in weight and work up to a “heavy” set.

Weightlifting

2: Snatch from the Blocks (See below:)

Set the blocks so that the bar is just below the knee.

Work up to:

3 x 1 @ 90%

then

2 x 2 @ 80% (reps DO NOT have to be touch and go)

More Weightlifting

3: Snatch Pull (See below:)

Focus on feet positioning/weight distribution as well as speed during the second pull.

Work up to

95%x3

&

100% x 3 x 2
