PSKC CrossFit – Liftmore (Olympic Lifting)

Non-Heaving Snatch Balance (5 x 2)

Set the bar on your back in a back squat stance, without heaving dive under into the catch position of the snatch.
Start light and work up to a heavy double. No dip and drive, just focus on foot movement and speed under the bar.

Halting Snatch Deadlift + Full Snatch (Work up to a heavy set of the complex. )

Complete a Snatch grip Deadlift to the top of the knee and hold for 3 seconds. Reset, and complete a full Snatch.

GHD Static Hold (3 x 45 second static hold)
