Sticking with your Baddest Burpee Partner Ever, you will now complete a 7 Minute AMRAP:

Each complete a 500m Row and for the remaining time, as many T2B as possible, 1 person on the bar at a time.

**Every time a partner drops off the bar, that person completes 3 burpees.
