02 Jan Join Us for the Project Ton Weight Loss Challenge!
What is Project Ton? It is an online 4 week weight loss, tracking, and accountability challenge where we are attempting to get at least 200 people to lose 10lbs a piece equaling a TON of weight. The challenge is FREE and available to anyone no matter your experience level, where you workout, or your preferred method of exercise.
Project TON will be ran through a FREE app where you will track your food, your workouts, and your weight. The person who accumulates the most points will win a free year membership at PSKC!
What is in the app?
4 weeks of workouts you can do anywhere.
Detailed food guidelines, recipes, and meal prep tips.
Tips for better sleep and stress reduction.
Online coaching, accountability and encouragement with dozens of other participants.
Each day you’ll be able to:
- Review your daily tasks;
- Track your points;
- Check your ranking on the leaderboard;
- Upload measurements and photos;
- Log your meals and create a food journal
Here’s how to register:
- Go HERE to register
- Register (if you have a Wodify account use that info, if you don’t have a Wodify account register as a new user)
- After registration – go to your app store and download the “Wodify Rise” app
- Open the app and use your login information to sign in.
Click HERE to join the Spartan YOU! Facebook group. This is will be the communication tool for posting daily recipes, workout tips, and motivation. This will also be where you can post questions and encourage one another.
Our Project TON kickoff will be this Saturday at PSKC. We will start the morning at 9am with a FREE workout. Immediately afterward at 10am we will host an informational session on how to use the app and we will also discuss the various weight loss strategies that will be used in the app for the challenge. Attendance is NOT mandatory but we do encourage you guys to attend.

If you’re looking for something more in depth and hands on, we have 5 openings for our Project 50 course. This is where we take 5 people through a 6 week course where we meet 3 days/week for a workout, discuss nutrition strategies, and hold you accountable to your weight loss goals.
