24 Double KB S20
8 Dball Over the Shoulders (scale: Heavy KB G2O)
4 BMU (8 Pullups) (12 ring rows)
*After the even rounds 500/400 meter ski. Even after 10. :)
*This workout is great for those who are wanting to work on stringing together pullups or BMU.
