Front Squat x 100 (225/155) (185/125) (135/95)

100 x burpees

100/75 x Cals on Rower

Clean & Jerk x 100 (135/95) (95/65) (75/45)

100 x burpees

100/75 Cals on Rower

*all 3 athletes must do same weight
Front Squat can be taken from rack.
