27 Hang Cleans (same weight)

21 Double KB Push Press (53/35)

400m Run with 20/14# Wall ball

1 Round:30 Deadlifts (155/105)

27 Hang Cleans (same weight)

24 Wall Balls (20/14)

21 Double KB Push Press (53/35)

All runs are completed together, switch wall ball off as necessary. Otherwise, one person working at a time, split reps as necessary
