Heavy Set of 5 Push Presses (1×5)

As we did Monday, take no more than 5 sets to work up to a HEAVY set of 5 push presses. This is dependent on how you’re feeling for the day, what you did last week is irrelevant. Push yourself, lift as heavy as you possibly can, and work on resetting yourself for each rep. This isn’t something you should fly through. Record your heaviest set of 5 reps lifted.
