*equipment issued is 45 and 25 plate

150 wall ball (one working at a time)

*75 burpees must be accumulated during wall ball portion

75 slamball must be accumulated during row portion

Cash out -800m run/carry with plates

1 Mile Farmers Carry (Time)

1 mile farmers carry with 2 x 70/44 lb kettelbells. You can do 4 x round trips to the CAO building or 8 x round trips to the fire hydrant. Be sure to start at the roll up door where the Willys is parked.

You can actually do it inside the gym during inclement weather (29 roundtrips from whiteboard to woodfloor).
