Partner 1 – Ski for Cals

Partner 2 – 180 x Burpees as a team

Partner 3 – 7 x T2B/K2C

5 x G2O (135/95)

3 Front Squat (135/95)

1 person at each station at all times. Everyone is working. Rotate once the 7,5,3 is complete. All 3 members are working toward the 180 Burpees at station 2. Once Burpees are complete, partner 2 is now a rest position.

Score is total reps completed (1 round = 15) + Cals.

If Burpees aren’t complete in 25 Min…1 pt is taken back from score for every Burpee still remaining.
