3 Person Team

30 Min AMRAP

2-4-6-8-10-12- etc….

Deadlift

Clean

Front Squat

Press

Can use KB, MedBall, or Barbell

P1 Works through all 4 Movements, then P2, Then 3

Every :90 sec, all 3 teammates will stop the complex and complete:

1 of each

10 x Sit UPS

7 Burpees

5 Cal Ski

Once all 3 teammates are finished, the complex may continue.
