15 minutes to work up to a heavy single for the day.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Every 5:00 x 4 rounds

200m run

20 x wall ball

10 x burpee over bar

8-6-4-Max Cleans at:

185/125, 205/145, 225/155, 245/165

*Score is total reps of cleans
You’ve got 5 minutes each round to get all the work done.

The weight is aggressive!

Each round the clean reps decrease but the weight goes up.

We want to get rest each round so modify the reps and weights so that you’re getting at least a minute rest each time.

The last round is a clean buffet where it’s all you can eat at a heavy weight!
