1 working & 1 resting

12 x Dbl KB DL (44/26)

9 x Dbl KB Clean

6 x Dbl KB Press

Partner 2 & 3 can jump in and out and switch at any time.

Once 250m ski is complete, either partner switches to ski & other partner jumps into triplet.

Score is rounds and reps + meters!
