*1 Partner begins run, 1 begins reps, when partner 1 returns from run, partners switch. When both partners have ran & performed reps of that movement, move to next station

**AMRAP Style, so work through 4 stations. If/When completed, start back at the 1st station

***Reps continue for 30 minutes. Score is total number of reps accumulated at end of AMRAP
