Team Of 3

P1: 300M Bike Erg + Sled Drag (90/45)

P2: 3 DBall over the Shoulder + Sled Drag back

P3: Rest

Intention: SPRINT the bike! Get to your partner as fast as you can.
P1 Starts on the bike and drags the sled to P2.

P2 Completes their DBALL cleans and drags the sled back down to P3 who has been resting but will now start on the ROW.

P1 takes place of P2, P2 now rests, and P3 becomes P1.

You MUST rotate from bike to row to ski after each partner goes.
