Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Teams of 4:
There’s a total of 5 x 8:00 stations. You will work non-stop for 40 minutes.
1) Max calories on the rower/ski
2) Max burpee pull-ups (2 at a time)
3) Max calories on the ski/rower (switch)
4) Max “Uncle Sams” – do a burpee into a KB Snatch or Clean/Press (53/35) . Each arm equals
5) Max weight Squat Clean Thruster – one bar per team. Each athlete will build up to a heavy single within the 8 minute block.
*Score is total reps, calories, and pounds lifted.
