Bench Press (5 x 5 @ 60% 1RM)

Accessory

A: Z Press (3 x 10)

Sit on the floor, legs extended and perform a military press.

B: Pull-ups (3 x 5)

Metcon

Metcon (Time)

100 x Double KB Clean and Press (35/18)

*do not set bells down. If you do perform 5 burpees every time you set them down.

**If you’ve done this before try 44/26
