*Once everyone is done at their station the team rotates.

5 Rounds for Time 40 MIN CAP

Station 1: 4 DBALL G2O (Heavy KB) (Heavy Double KB Clean and Jerk)

Station 2: 5 BJO

Station 3: 6/5 Ski Cals

Station 4: Rest

*Cycle through stations 2 times. Run a 400 after the 2 times. This = 1 Round.
