1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 each side of the complex:
Snatch to Push Press to Clean to Thruster to Push-Up = 1 rep
You’ll add 1 rep per movement as you ascend up the ladder.
For example on the 2nd rung you will do 2 x snatches, 2 x push presses, 2 x cleans, 2 x thrusters, 2 x push-ups then do the other side
