Squat Snatch (Work up to a Heavy/Comfortable Weight)

Additional Options:

Power Snatch + Overhead Squat

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

THIS IS A SPRINT!!!

Death By:

Min 1: 1 x Pull Up + 1 x Snatch (95/65)

Min 2: 2 x Pull Ups + 2 x Snatch (95/65)

Min 3: 3 x Pull Ups + 3 x Snatch

Min 4: 4 + 4

Min 5: 5 + 5

Etc..

Continue increasing 1 rep on Pull Ups & 1 rep on Snatch, until athlete is unable to complete the number of reps for that minute, in that minute.

Score is the Round completed + the additional reps in the minute that was not completed.

(Ex: Completed Min 5 + 3 Pull Ups into Min 6. Score = 5 Rd 3 Rep)
