10x deadlift 135/95

8x hang clean 135/95

6x Front squat 135/95

3 rounds

16x wall ball @ 20/14

12x burpee over bar

8x toes to bar
Do 3 rounds of the barbell complex immeditely into 3 rounds of the wall ball/burpee/t2b.

If you complete it then you start back to the barbell complex.

Score is total reps.

One time through equals 180 reps
