The 101 course is the pre-requisite program for beginners to join the CrossFit program. We pride ourselves on taking time and teaching beginners the necessary skills to make them successful in CrossFit.
The 101 course is a total of 6 introductory sessions (3/week) and 2 free weeks of classes afterwards. During these 6 sessions you will learn the fundamental movements and philosophy behind CrossFit. We also provide general nutrition information and talk about how we can help you reach your goals. Combined with the 2 free weeks of classes, the 101 course is 4 weeks in duration.
Once you complete the 101 course you get to try us out for 2 weeks free to see if you like it. We’re confident you’ll be hooked after the 2 weeks of regular classes.
