WHAT IS PSKC UNLOADED?
Unloaded classes utilize the same philosophy of our CrossFit classes without the technical lifting and higher skilled movements. The Unloaded classes offer full body calorie burning workouts without heavy lifting. These classes utilize a mixture of bodyweight movements, kettlebells, rowers, running, battling ropes, sleds, and much more. You will still get a challenging workout in a supportive and safe atmosphere led by Cindi, a certified CrossFit trainer.
WHO IS PSKC UNLOADED FOR?
EVERYONE of ALL LEVELS. The Unloaded classes are a great way for people of all levels to start their PSKC experience.These classes are specifically designed for people who might be intimidated by the technical barbell lifting involved in our CrossFit classes. It’s a great place for people who are interested in our regular CrossFit classes but believe they want to build up some basic fitness first.
Do I need to take a 101 course before joining UNLOADED?
Nope, come as you are, no experience necessary. The coach will teach you everything you need to know for that class.
$10/visit for non-members
Free for current PSKC members.
MON/WED/FRI – 8am & 4pm
Beginning Monday, July 20th – Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign waiver for non-members.
Can I join the regular CrossFit classes after I’ve done the Unloaded classes?
No – you will still need to attend the 101 course to join our regular CrossFit classes.
