**Every 1 minute, perform Clean & Jerk (weight increases at each station)

**The non-working person completes the Clean & Jerk

A.) 100 Burpee Box Jumps (C & J – 175/125)

-rest 2 Minutes-

B. ) 100 Wallball (C & J – 195/135)

-Rest 2 Minutes-

C.) 100 Chest to Bar Pull-ups (C & J – 215/145)
