The standard is strict pull-ups.
Choose a pull-up bar higher than your max reach ( the higher the more difficult). Drop to a burpee then jump as high as you can into the pull-up.
Mod 1 : is a kipping pull-up
Mod 2: is target burpees
This one sucks and that’s why we’re doing. There’s nowhere to hide, no partner, no other movement to break it up. Just you and your thoughts for 100 reps.
