30 Jan Bring A Friend – Saturday Feb 1st
This Saturday is the monthly Bring a Friend! If you’ve never checked us out now is the chance to come down for a free workout and see what we’re all about. Show up at 0845, fill out the paperwork, grab a buddy and get going. Saturday workouts are partner workouts and we program the workouts so that everyone can do it no matter the level of fitness.
Immediately afterwards our free monthly seminar for members will be about MOBILITY. We’ll go over foam rolling, mashing, bands, stretches, mobilizations, everything you need to perform daily maintenance on yourself. So if you’re stiff, have chronic pains, or have problem areas, you might wanna stick around and learn how to repair yourself.
Additionally our favorite massage therapist will be available from 10am-1pm to work on your kinks. She’ll have 20 minute blocks available. Sign up sheet will be available at the gym, first come..first served!
