We’ve got a lot of great stuff in store you guys this Saturday. The main event is our monthly “bring a friend” Pain Clinic. If you’ve got a friend who’s never tried us out, bring them in for a free workout and a chance to check the place out. If you’re reading this and been wanting to check us out, come on in too. Here’ s rundown of what’s going down this Saturday. Please note, the Pain Clinic starts at 10am, not 9am.

0900: JINGLE BELL JOG – Go get decked out in your most atrocious Christmas attire and go hit a 5K to support our local Red Cross. Use it as a warmup for the Pain Clinic. Click HERE for more details. After the 5K, come on down to the gym.

1000: BRING A FRIEND PAIN CLINIC: If you’re new show up 15 minutes to sign the waiver. We’d love to have you and show you what we’re all about. Be a good idea to make sure you’re properly hydrated.

1100: OLYMPIC LIFTING CLINIC: This is free and for members only. If you’re wanting to get some help on your snatch/clean and jerk, or if you want to learn what the classic lifts are all about this is for you! We’ll spend roughly an hour drilling technique with the positions and end with you guys loading some weight on the bar and going after it.

1100-1300ish: MASSAGE: Our favorite Massage Therapist Kelly Chabot will be in the house available to help your body recover and feel great. 20 minute blocks are available for $20. Sign up sheet is available at the gym. First come, first served!
