20 Jul Boston Birthday Workout 7/22
This Wednesday we will be celebrating the birthday of everyone’s lil buddy – BOSTON. Every class on Wednesday will be dedicated to the “Boston” in his honor. The workout is:
7 Deadlifts (225/155)
22 KB snatches (53/35)
9 Slurpees (slamball Burpees)
We ask everyone to make a special effort to get the gym and hit it hard with a big smile on your face. This is not a chance to mourn this is a time to celebrate his life.
