Five Rounds for time:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
*3-minute rest after each round*

Mod Version

B: Metcon (Time)

*Mod 2*

4 Rounds for time:

– 20 jumping pull-ups

– 30 push-ups

– 40 sit-ups

– 50 squats

– Rest 3 minutes between round (score is total time including rest)

*Mod 1*

3 Rounds for time:

– 10 jumping pull-ups

– 20 push press (45/35)

– 30 sit-ups

– 40 squats

– Rest 3 minutes between round (score is total time including rest)
