KB or Barbell

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 Min AMRAP

1 Burpee, 1 Front Squat (95/65)

2 Burpee, 2 Front Squat

3 Burpee, 3 Front Squat

etc. until 10 min expires
Mod 1:

Burpees, (65/45)

Mod 2:

Burpees, (45/35)
