Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

You Will Have 45 Minutes to complete the Following 3 Metcons. Clock WIll Start at Zero You Will Have 15 Minutes To Complete the First Metcon. If You Finish With Time Remaining Use That Time To Rest. The Second Meton Will Begin at 15:00 Minute Mark. You will Have Another 15 Minutes to Finish the Second Metcon Again if you Finish Early Use That Time To Rest. The Last Mecton Will Start at 30:00 Mark and you Will Have Another 15 Minutes to Finish Metcon 3.
