Double-Unders (10-20-30-40-30-20-10)

Use this time to work on developing your double unders if you do not have them. If you do have double unders, the sets will be performed unbroken. If you fail start back to 0 on the set you’re on.

Metcon

You will perform 3 x 3 min AMRAPs with 1:00 break in between.

A:: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

3 min AMRAP

· 6 front squats (135/95)

· 6 Burpee over bar

B:: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

3 min AMRAP

· 20 x Double Unders

· 10 x pushups

C:: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

3 min AMRAP

· 6 front squats (135/95)

· 6 Burpee over bar
