Partner up: you go I go. Keep it a circuit so go through all exercises before moving down the ladder . 25 min cap

Ladder 10 to 1 of:

Power snatches (95/65) (75/45)

Skierg/ airdyne cal

OH lunges (95/65) (75/45)

Wall balls (20/14)

*Each person does 10 reps, then moves to the next exercise, then 9, 8, 7, etc
