Double KB Clean and Press (5-4-3-2-1)

Perform 5 x Muscle Ups or Chest 2 Bar Pullups, then 5 x DBL KB Clean and Press. Then ladder down 4-3-2-1, increase weight as reps decrease.

20 x weighted sit ups (45/25)

30 x clean and press (each arm) (70/53/35)

40 x Push ups

50 x Cal Row/Ski
