Complete the following AMRAP three times with one minute rest between each completion.

9 Wall balls 20/14

-Rest 1 Minute

-Repeat

*Keep score using rounds and reps for each time completed. The lowest score will be the score for the workout.*

Mod 2:

6 push press 95/65

9 Wall balls 14/10

Mod 1:

6 push presses 75/45

9 jumping air squats
